So, make sure you stop off at a local restaurant to sample some the famous Greek dishes including a traditional Meze, Dolma (stuffed vine leaves), Souvlaki (grilled meat on skewers), Stifado (beef stew), Moussaka (potato or aubergine layers with mince – similar to lasagne) and Pastitsio (Greek lasagne).
