Unfortunately changes made to European satellite settings by UK and Spanish TV have resulted in weaker signals for British Sky TV channels in Mallorca. To counterbalance this we have installed a larger satellite dish, but signals are still prone to weakness and we cannot guarantee that satellite TV will be available at all times. Regretfully this is totally out of our control. Inclement weather and heavy cloud over the mountains can also affect the signal and occasionally the Sky signal will scramble temporarily.
The new Balearic Eco Tourism Tax is applicable to all properties in Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca. A payment in cash of approximately €2 per person, per day (16yrs old and over) will be collected by the villa owner / Management company sometime during your stay.

Parking adjacent to the house although as the village, shops and restaurants are two minutes away, the house is ideal for guests who do not wish to use a car during their stay. From just outside the entrance to the house you can pick up the Scenic which takes you to the nearest beach Cala Deià which is also 20 minutes walk away - For the more experienced walkers, the area offers some spectacular mountain and coastal walks again only a few minutes' from the house
